- CEO
Antoni Talens Jorge
Law graduate, he has been practising continuously since 1996 and is a registered member (No. 1,097) of the Il·lustre Col·legi d’Advocats de Lleida. He has a solid professional background in civil, commercial, tax, insolvency, urban planning, insurance and data protection law, with ongoing dedication to business legal advisory services.
He has obtained several diplomas and specialist qualifications in Real Estate Law, Tax Law and Tax Advisory, General Accounting, Urban Planning Law, as well as training as a Data Protection Officer (DPO), and is a member of the APEP. His professional training has been further enhanced through numerous courses in urban planning and tax law, business management and data protection.
He is a native speaker of Catalan and Spanish and has an advanced level of English.
He has worked as a legal and tax advisor in the real estate and fintech sectors, with experience in wealth management, taxation and secretarial duties in Urban Development Collaboration Entities. He currently serves as legal advisor to the College of Technical Architecture of Lleida and to AEMIP.

Georgiana Scartlat
Practising lawyer, Law graduate from the University of Lleida and holder of a Master’s Degree in Business Law and Contracting from the Rovira i Virgili University of Tarragona.
She specialises in Commercial Law, Insolvency Law and money laundering prevention, providing comprehensive legal advice to numerous entities and companies, including leading financial institutions and credit entities.
In the field of criminal law, she holds several qualifications, including specialization in gender violence and legal defense in juvenile jurisdiction.
She has extensive litigation experience in both civil and criminal matters, with civil procedure being her true professional passion.

Maite Pla Aldabó
Lawyer in practice, graduated in Law from the University of Lleida, Master’s degree in European Legal Integration from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the University of Lleida.
Specialised in Data Protection Law, Digital Guarantees, and Consumer Law, holding the title of Auditor certified by the Spanish Association of Privacy Professionals (APEP), as well as the Certification in Impact Assessment related to data protection.
She is currently the data protection and digital guarantees advisor for several national and international companies, ensuring full compliance with current regulations.
She has extensive knowledge in civil litigation and a particular talent for negotiation.

Lawyer in practice, graduated in Law and with a Master’s degree in Legal Practice from the University of Lleida.
Specialized in Cybersecurity and Anti-Money Laundering, currently providing legal advice to different obligated parties in accordance with current legislation in legal and financial fields.
He holds extensive knowledge and experience in Civil Law and is known for his tenacious defense of his clients in court.

Silvia Plana Sanchez
Lawyer in practice with over 25 years of experience. Graduated in Law from the University of Lleida, she has been part of the Governing Board of ICALL (1999-2003) and taught Professional Ethics at the ICALL Legal Practice School. She has also contributed to the development of the Catalan Bar Code and holds the Specialization Title in legal intervention in Juvenile Jurisdiction.
A generalist lawyer with professional experience in civil, inheritance, family, traffic, banking, criminal, and administrative law, specialized in Insurance Law. She has served as legal counsel for CASER Insurance Company in the province of Lleida for over 15 years.

She complements her professional profile with Private Conciliation accreditation from the Consell de l’Advocacia Catalana (CICAC), enabling her to act as a mediator in extrajudicial conflicts, thus strengthening her problem-solving capabilities to provide solutions adapted to current procedural realities. In her professional practice, she assumes the comprehensive management of cases related to home and automobile insurance companies, offering strategic advice to ensure effective claims handling. Likewise, she has notable experience in Civil Law (especially in matrimonial and family matters) as well as in Criminal Law, allowing her to handle complex cases with strict legal rigor and sensitivity.
